Goldenbush

29 Palms Inn Goldenbush

Built in 1934 by the Stubbs brothers as one of the original adobe bungalows, Goldenbush sits near the west end of the Oasis of Mara.  From here you have a marvelous view of the desert to the south, the mountains of the Joshua Tree National Park to the east and the Oasis of Mara to the north. The thick adobe walls provide insulation from the desert sun and have a cozy fireplace for when the cold weather appears. The room has a queen-size bed, private sun patio, a bathroom with a shower and is decorated by local artists with a western theme (Of note is the painting of the smiling wolf on one of the walls). Once you stay in Goldenbush you will request it again and again. Pets are allowed in this room.
